This material was developed by the Canadian Power Squadron (CPS) for the Marine Radio Operators Course ROC(M) which many CYA instructors are qualified to teach as a result of a partnership between the two organizations.

These Instructor Kits include one Course Manual, and an Instructor CD. When running the ROC(M) course, instructors need only buy one of these packages for themselves, and a student package for each participant enrolled in their program.

The boating public can purchase this book and the student CD but it will be shipped without the exam, application form and marking key.
